Health Coaching - Well 5 : Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, through my WELL5© I coach clients to create an effective program to reach performance goals, reduce stressors and curb cravings.
Classes - Yoga, Private and Group Classes are available in Whangamata and Pauanui.
Massage - Christina’s sets herself apart from other massage therapists by developing programs for clients to receive the most benefit out of the massage incorporating doTERRA essential oils. She also has a comprehensive view of the body, being an an athlete and yoga teacher, she is always inspired to get to the core of the issue. She uses a variety of techniques, stretches and pressures to decrease pain and create an overall sense of balance and comfort.
