Warm Earth Cottage

We offer you a unique experience. A time to talk, reflect, communicate, a chance to relax, reignite the fire, or just chill out in the privacy of your own secluded slice of heaven. Our two romantic cabins are nestled in a valley just south of the mural town of Katikati, and north of Tauranga in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty.

They are designed after the old NZ miners cottages of yesteryear, no electricity, just the warm evocative light of candles and a lantern and an outside bush bath (lit for you at dusk). Relax in the outdoor bush bath with a romantic wine or two, with just the sounds of the Waitekohe Stream and the night birds and watch the world and stars go by.
