Guided Nature tours on Farewell Spit. In order to minimise our environmental impact we operate to strict conditions monitored by the Department of Conservation.

To enhance the environment on Farewell Spit we are trapping stoats, rats and possums.  We also monitor other pests in co-operation with Department of Conservation pest control programmes. Daily rubbish collection during the tours and annual or as needed beach clean-up trips involving the local schools and other groups are ongoing. Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard to ensure their minimal environmental impact. Every visitor with whom we share Farewell Spit leaves with a greater appreciation for the environment.
