I created this space because I know what it feels like to live in a busy, overthinking mind — and how exhausting that can be.
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I spent five years navigating illness, being a new mum and everything that came with it. It wasn’t until a relapse that something shifted, and I began to see more possibilities in how I was thinking and experiencing life.
That moment sparked a deeper awareness of the mind — how our thoughts shape how we feel, how we respond, and how easily we can get stuck in patterns without even realising it.
What started as my own journey of understanding and healing has become the work I now share with others.
I help people break free from overthinking, understand their mind, and feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. Through 1:1 mentoring and simple, self-paced resets, I offer tools that are practical, accessible, and designed to fit into everyday life.
This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about finding yourself free of the thinking patterns.
My goal is to make this kind of support available to anyone ready to step out of the mental noise and into a more grounded way of living.
