Do you ever feel like you know why you do what you do, yet still find yourself repeating the same patterns?
Many people come to me after years of therapy, coaching or personal development. They have gained insight into their past, yet still find themselves reacting in ways they wish they wouldn’t.
That’s because understanding alone rarely changes how we experience ourselves.
Much of what shaped us wasn’t just remembered by the mind. It was held by the body.
The tears that weren’t welcome to fall. The anger that had to be suppressed. The fear that couldn’t be expressed. The love, joy and vulnerability we learned to hide in order to belong. These experiences don’t simply disappear because we understand them intellectually. They remain within us, protected by the ways we learned to survive.
Together, we gently meet those experiences with curiosity rather than judgement. We don’t try to fix or force them away. Instead, we develop the capacity to stay present with what arises, allowing the body to finally express what it was never safe or welcome to express when those experiences first occurred.
I didn’t arrive at this way of working through training alone.
It emerged through my own journey of trauma, addiction, grief, relationships and years of searching for answers. Like many people, I spent years trying to understand myself. While understanding brought clarity, it wasn’t what changed my life. Change began when I stopped trying to move beyond my experience and instead learned how to stay with it. As I did, my body began completing what it had carried for decades, and life gradually stopped feeling like something I had to manage.
Everything I offer has grown from that experience.
If you’re looking for a space to meet yourself with curiosity, explore the patterns life keeps bringing forward, and develop the capacity to remain with yourself through whatever life brings, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
