Our routine is simple but well tried and tested in retreat centres and ashrams around the world. While participation is encouraged, guests may take part in as much or as little of the daily programme at Anahata as they feel is appropriate. Read more about our daily schedule >>>
Accommodation & Meals:
A range of lodging options are available from shared rooms to a private strawbale round house. Tent sites and camping are also available. Retreat rates are priced separately and include shared lodging, meals and all programs.
