We import our ethically sourced and fairly traded coffee beans ourselves. We roast the beans in a vintage red Whitmee roaster. Our skilled roaster passes small batches of carefully selected beans through a naked flame to produce a uniquely rich and smokey coffee. It's the only coffee we use in the cafe.
We have beans available to take home. Brew gently in a filter, Aeropress, siphon or French Press; or subject the beans to the rigors of an espresso machine. However you brew, the coffee will taste delicious because our beans have passed through fire to achieve their greatness.
