At Yoga Ground we aspire to share an authentic yoga teaching with a foundation of breath and mindfulness. Yoga is a very unique practice in how it brings awareness and with that joy. Yoga is about learning how to tap in to the abundant energy and stability that we each have the potential for. The main practices Yoga Ground will be teaching are asana (yogic postures), breath awareness (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Classes will cater for the beginner who is curious through to the advanced practitioner who is looking to expand and deepen their practice.
