Studio Evolve is an oasis in Nelson city, overlooking the waterfront and mouth of the Maitai river. It offers a diverse schedule of yoga (beginners yoga, power vinyasa yoga, yin yoga and kundalini yoga) and Nia classes (a wholistic dance practice) as well as Qigong and meditation.
