The Ripple Effect Series – A guided Reiki Level 1 initiation and integration

This Usui-Tibetan Reiki Flow Level 1 training is designed for those who feel called to reconnect with themselves through the gentle yet powerful practice of Reiki.

Over the course of this training and integration journey, you’ll learn to feel and work with energy in a grounded, tangible way while developing a deeper connection to your intuition, nervous system, and energetic awareness.

Level 1 focuses on self-healing and personal practice. Here, we begin by learning to offer Reiki to ourselves, loved ones, and even pets, while building a strong energetic foundation through guided practice and integration.

Unlike traditional one-day Reiki courses, this training is designed as a supported initiation process. Alongside the in-person training day, students will continue into 3 weeks of integration with 3 class practice circles, allowing space for embodiment, questions, confidence building, and energetic development.

For those wishing to continue their journey, further training and ongoing development opportunities will be available through Free Living Co, including level 2 Reiki Training.
